APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

 

Your appointments are very important to us at Na’ava Skin Care Spa. Thus, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $50. In addition to this and in an effort to avoid last-minute cancelations and no-shows, for clients that have previously canceled their appointment last minute, a $50 deposit will be required for any future appointments they like to book with us.

 

 

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we cannot reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

 

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

 

 

SPA PRODUCTS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund as long as the product has remained unused. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of credit. Cash back is not available.

 

SPA SERVICES

At Na’ava Skin Care we strive to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with the spa services provided. If you are displeased with your spa service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist at the time of checkout. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, and upon approval of spa management, you will be eligible to receive a follow-up complimentary service in order for us to have the chance to “make it right” and please you. We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service.
